  • Fresh squeezed orange juice with chia seeds
  • Cucumbers with flax oil and Bragg’s apple cider vinegar, cayenne, red pepper flakes, and sea salt
  • apple with almond butter
  • green tea and almonds
  • Teecino with hemp milk and stevia
  • Banana with sunflower seed butter

Today my 3 year old was sick and wanted me to hold him all day….he ran a fever and wouldn’t eat so it was a little stressful on me.

Today I ate:

  • Vanilla/banana smoothie
  • green tea and almonds
  • salad made with romaine, spinach, cucumbers, tomato, peppers, dulse, cayenne, and cashew cheez, sprinkled with a homemade vinaigrette
  • pomegranate tea
  • chocolate shake made with bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder and stevia
  • 2 pieces of Ezekial toast with vegan butter (by this point in the night my stress level was high and I was feeling almost nauseous so I went with some toast)

Today I worked out again with Chalene Extreme and I ate:

  • smoothie with bananas, lemon and spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced dipped into smashed avocado
  • green tea and almonds
  • frozen organic corn warmed a little with sea salt and cayenne pepper
  • almond butter and organic Gala apple
  • chocolate covered cherry smoothie

Happy Valentine’s Day!!!

Today I was too sore to workout again!!  With am intense workout yesterday plus painting a room I was beat!!!  LOL

Today I ate:

  • smoothie with hemp milk, hemp seeds, bananas, cocoa powder
  • green tea and almonds
  • salad with romaine, cucumbers, tomato, peppers, almonds, Bragg’s apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
  • another salad with lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, avocado and salsa-this salad was at a restaurant
  • almond butter mixed with agave and cocoa powder
  • one homemade chocolate covered cherry…used my recipe for my chocolate sauce and placed a frozen cherry inside….pretty good!!!

Today I worked out again!!!  The workout kicked my butt as it was interval training-3 minute cardio and then 2 minute weight lifting!!  WOW!  It was intense!

Today I ate:

  • smoothie with coconut water, Swiss Chard, bananas, strawberries, cherries
  • green tea and almonds
  • Yerbe Mate with hemp milk
  • 2 different green smoothies……we were at my SIL’s new house helping her paint and I brought my blender and whipped up green smoothies for everyone!!  SO Fun!!!
  • almond butter with an organic Gala apple and banana

Day 12

Today I worked all day at a school demonstrating how to make smoothies to k-8th graders plus staff and parents.  I made over 40 smoothies and served over 400 people!!!  It was an amazing day and so many people enjoyed tasting the smoothies, however I never took time to eat!!!

So, today I ate:

  • banana with almond butter
  • almonds/cashews
  • green tea
  • smoothie made with cherries, bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder and maca

Day 11

Today I ate:

  • smoothie made with hemp milk, hemp seeds, bananas, cocoa powder
  • cashews and almonds
  • green tea
  • cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, lime vinaigrette
  • 3 apples diced with almond butter
  • It doesn’t seem like a lot of food but my morning smoothie actually made me full for a long time and I wasn’t hungry.
