Have you ever seen the movie Super Size Me?? It is about a guy who decides to eat only food from McDonald’s for every meal for 30 days. It shows his journey, what he eats, and how he has changed (for the worst) in just 30 days. It shows how sick he becomes and how much weight he puts on. It is actually pretty disgusting to watch. I have decided to take a 30 day challenge in the exact opposite way. I am going to embark on a 30 day unprocessed food experiment. For 30 days, I am going to only consume fresh, whole unprocessed food. It will include fruits, vegetables, some raw nuts and seeds, and some superfood supplements. I am going to log everything I eat each day, and give nutritional info for the day. This is not going to be easy for me and even if I slip up I will post it!! I know that there are people out there who eat like this all the time, and I admire them. My goal is to do this for 30 days and hopefully continue at 90% after the 30 days are through. I am chosing to do this for health, weight loss, energy, and vibrancy. I would like to see how many changes can occur in a 30 day period of eating only fresh, whole foods…otherwise known as raw foods.
