I worked out this morning and it kicked my bootie once again!!!  LOL

Today I ate:

  • smoothie with bananas, spinach, blueberryies, bee pollen, cacao
  • flax crackers
  • Sunbutter and apples
  • mixed baby greens with vinaigrette
  • green tea and almonds
  • salad with 2 heads of romaine, cucumbers, tomato, dulse, dried jicama, and vinaigrette
  • raw chocolate
