Today I ate:
- smoothie with parsley, kale, peaches, pineapple, banana, bee pollen, crob nibs, cacao nibs
- avocado smashed and flax crackers
- green tea
- salad with cucumber, tomato, pepper, dulse, and vinaigrette
- green juice made with apples, lime, and spinach
- lots of dehydrated raw desserts…..I am creating a bunch of raw and unprocessed treats to possibly market so I have been taste testing all of them!!!! YUMMY!!!
