Today I worked out and then ate:

  • Smoothie with spinach, lemon, bananas
  • green juice made with kale, parsley, spinach, apples, limes
  • dehydrated crackers
  • almonds and green tea
  • salad with romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, dulse, cayenne, red pepper flakes and a homemade vinaigrette
  • banana dipped in chocolate sauce (coconut oil, cocoa powder, and agave)
  • Kombucha (fermented beverage)
