Today was a snow day!!! My mom and sister had a snow day as well so they came over and I made a whole lunch spread of healthy foods for them to try!!! It was a big hit!!!
Today I ate:
- Smoothie with kale, blueberries, bananas
- lunch with mom and sis
Lunch was green juice (spinach, apple, limes), flax crackers with smashed avocado, kale chips and a cheezy dip, mango wraps made with spinach, sprouts, and cucumber…these were dipped into salsa, cucumber rounds with cashew cheez and tomato, and then for dessert it was cut up fruit with homemade chocolate sauce to dip into!!! We also had Yerbe Mate tea with hempmilk later in the day!!!

- salad with romaine, cucumbers, peppers, and dressing
Spent the evening taking the kids sledding….got lots of exercise walking back up the hill 100 times!!!! LOL
