Days 28 and 29….

Day 28 I ate:

  • smoothie made with almond milk, almond butter, ground flax, cocoa powder, and bananas
  • huge salad from East Side Mario’s (restaurant)
  • Salad with sprouts and sunflower seeds
  • watermelon

Day 29 I ate:

  • smoothie made with bananas, cherries, cocoa powder, water
  • cashews, pistachios, almond mix
  • watermelon
  • Macha Latte’ from Zerbo’s health food store it is made from a green tea, hemp milk, and agave….it was yummy!!!
  • Kombucha (fermented tea)
  • watermelon
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower seed butter
