Day 15…..

Halfway there!!!!  Day 15-I am feeling good with  lots of energy!!  Today was weight training day!!

Today I ate:

  • Smoothie made with water, 6 oz package of organic blueberries, 2 bananas, VitaMineral Green (green powder), hemp protein powder
  • Green tea
  • Green Juice made with Swiss Chard from my garden, 2 apples, 2 limes, and some leftover grapes that were going bad
  • 1 whole seedless cucumber sliced, cherry tomatoes, flax oil, raw apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and dulse (seaweed)
  • Teecino tea made with almond milk and stevia
  • watermelon
  • Smoothie made with water, ice, 2 bananas, 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. almond butter, maca powder, lucuma powder, and mesquite powder

Stats for the day:

Calories: 1198

Fat: 21 grams

Carbs: 242 grams

Protein: 29 grams

Fiber: 43.5 grams
