Day 12….

Woke up and did some weight training today and spent the rest of the day preparing for tomorrow!! (My little man’s b-day party!)

Today I ate:

  • Smoothie made with fresh coconut water, 1 whole package of blueberries, 2 bananas, Chia seeds, Hemp protein powder and Vita Mineral Green powder
  • A mixture of cashews and dates blended together to make a “cookie”  this was  so good!!
  • whole english cucumber sliced topped with cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, dulse, flax oil, and sea salt
  • 4 nectarines diced mixed with a whole package of raspberries
  • salad with garden lettuce, pepper, sprouts, broccoli slaw, and balsamic dressing
  • leftover almond pulp mixed with cinnamon, vanilla, agave, chopped apple, and raisins….poured a little hemp milk on this
  • Teecino drink with stevia

Stats for the day:

Calories: 1392

Fat: 36 grams

Carbs: 249

Protein: 36 grams

Fiber: 56 grams
