Woke up today and actually worked out before my kids woke up and I didn’t even get to sleep until midnight!!! Today is my little boy’s 3rd birthday, I can’t believe how much they grow!!!
Today I ate:
- Honeydew Cooler made with 1 pound of Honeydew melon, juice of 3 limes, and coconut water and ice this was super delicious!!!
- 1/2 seedless cucumber drizzled with cold pressed Flaxseed oil and raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar/sea salt and dulse (seaweed)
- nectarine and banana
- big salad with 3 different lettuces from my garden, cucumbers, sprouts, broccoli slaw, dulse, balsamic vinaigrette, and topped with cayenne pepper and lots of homemade salsa
- smoothie made with coconut water, 1 banana, 1 cup of cherries, 1 tbsp. of organic cocoa powder
