I worked out this morning and it kicked my bootie once again!!! LOL
Today I ate:
- smoothie with bananas, spinach, blueberryies, bee pollen, cacao
- flax crackers
- Sunbutter and apples
- mixed baby greens with vinaigrette
- green tea and almonds
- salad with 2 heads of romaine, cucumbers, tomato, dulse, dried jicama, and vinaigrette
- raw chocolate
