Today I worked out and then ate:
- Smoothie with spinach, lemon, bananas
- green juice made with kale, parsley, spinach, apples, limes
- dehydrated crackers
- almonds and green tea
- salad with romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, dulse, cayenne, red pepper flakes and a homemade vinaigrette
- banana dipped in chocolate sauce (coconut oil, cocoa powder, and agave)
- Kombucha (fermented beverage)
