Today I ate:

  • smoothie with spinach, blueberries, bananas
  • flax crackers, salsa, and avocado
  • green tea
  • 2 bananas with sunflower seed butter
  • buckwheat groats soaked and dehydrated with sliced banana and almond milk
  • homemade granola with coconut, vanilla, and goji berries!!

Today I ate:

  • fresh squeezed o.j.
  • flax crackers and salsa
  • Teecino with hemp milk
  • Ezekial bread with avocado, cucumber, tomato, and romaine lettuce
  • Coconut lemonade
  • Raw Brownie…..I made these out of all natural and unprocessed ingredients – not really a brownie but I like the name!!!

I worked out this morning and it kicked my bootie once again!!!  LOL

Today I ate:

  • smoothie with bananas, spinach, blueberryies, bee pollen, cacao
  • flax crackers
  • Sunbutter and apples
  • mixed baby greens with vinaigrette
  • green tea and almonds
  • salad with 2 heads of romaine, cucumbers, tomato, dulse, dried jicama, and vinaigrette
  • raw chocolate

Today I ate:

  • smoothie with parsley, kale, peaches, pineapple, banana, bee pollen, crob nibs, cacao nibs
  • avocado smashed and flax crackers
  • green tea
  • salad with cucumber, tomato, pepper, dulse, and vinaigrette
  • green juice made with apples, lime, and spinach
  • lots of dehydrated raw desserts…..I am creating a bunch of raw and unprocessed treats to possibly market so I have been taste testing all of them!!!!  YUMMY!!!

Today I ate:

  • smoothie with kale, spinach, bananas, blueberries, cacao nibs, bee pollen, and stevia
  • kale chips, raw macaroons, and Kombucha
  • green tea
  • Went to Antonio’s for dinner with the family….their salad is amazing with Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olive, and peppers with a great homemade Italian dressing…my family of four ordered a large which feeds 6-8 and gobbled up most of it!!!!
  • I also couldn’t contain myself and did indulge in 1 breadstick!!! If you have ever been to Antonio’s you understand why I could not pass up one of the breadsticks!!!  LOL

Today I worked out and then ate:

  • Smoothie with spinach, lemon, bananas
  • green juice made with kale, parsley, spinach, apples, limes
  • dehydrated crackers
  • almonds and green tea
  • salad with romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, dulse, cayenne, red pepper flakes and a homemade vinaigrette
  • banana dipped in chocolate sauce (coconut oil, cocoa powder, and agave)
  • Kombucha (fermented beverage)

  • Fresh squeezed orange juice with chia seeds
  • Cucumbers with flax oil and Bragg’s apple cider vinegar, cayenne, red pepper flakes, and sea salt
  • apple with almond butter
  • green tea and almonds
  • Teecino with hemp milk and stevia
  • Banana with sunflower seed butter

Today my 3 year old was sick and wanted me to hold him all day….he ran a fever and wouldn’t eat so it was a little stressful on me.

Today I ate:

  • Vanilla/banana smoothie
  • green tea and almonds
  • salad made with romaine, spinach, cucumbers, tomato, peppers, dulse, cayenne, and cashew cheez, sprinkled with a homemade vinaigrette
  • pomegranate tea
  • chocolate shake made with bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder and stevia
  • 2 pieces of Ezekial toast with vegan butter (by this point in the night my stress level was high and I was feeling almost nauseous so I went with some toast)

Today I worked out again with Chalene Extreme and I ate:

  • smoothie with bananas, lemon and spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced dipped into smashed avocado
  • green tea and almonds
  • frozen organic corn warmed a little with sea salt and cayenne pepper
  • almond butter and organic Gala apple
  • chocolate covered cherry smoothie
